West Kendall District Park

One of the most amazing places to visit in South Florida is West Kendall District Park. The park offers a unique park experience for picnic and relaxation. One of its greatest advantages is that it is a spacious area of 164 acres of greenspace. Its hours of operation are Monday to Friday (9.00 a.m. to 6. 00 p.m.) and on weekends (9.00 to 6.00 pm). There are no charges associated with the entry and use of the park. 

Lake Catherine Sports Complex

Are you looking for a safe, local place for your children to play softball? The City of Palm Beach Gardens has a great sports complex for youth softball players. The Lake Catherine Sportsplex in Palm Beach Gardens is located at 9470 MacArthur Blvd. on the east side of MacArthur Blvd just north of Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach County.

Earthday Park

Earth Day Park in Royal Palm Beach is located just down Rivera Avenue from Todd A. Robiner Park.  This much smaller 1.5 acre neighborhood park is also just across the canal from H.L. Johnson Park.  Bring the kids and go park-hopping!

Camellia Park

Camellia Park in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, has several amenities and facilities like the Basketball Courts, four wall Racquetball Courts, Tennis Courts, Bocce Courts, a little League Baseball Field, Sand Volleyball Court, Softball Field, Playground Area, clean restrooms, and paved walking path. Camellia Park is constructed over 10 acres and is a very good place to rest and enjoy the playground or have a walk in the green areas. Most of the courts in the park are lighted like the Tennis, Basketball, and the Racquetbal

Scott's Place Playground

Scott's Place Playground was named after a six year old boy named Scott Williamson who sadly passed away due to cerebral palsy. The construction of this park was funded by a 250,000 dollar donation made by Del and Barbara Williamson after they lost their six year old son, Scott. Del and Barbara Williamson donated the money for this park with the dream that disabled children, like their son, would be able to come and enjoy the playground as any other child would.

Limestone Creek Park

Limestone Creek Park is a wonderful neighborhood park located in Jupiter north of Indiantown Road and east of I-95.  So many amenities to enjoy on just .92 acres.  Limestone Creek Park offers plenty of greenspace for the kids to enjoy. Bring your frisbee or the ball and glove and enjoy the open field.  Limestone Creek has 2 sepearate play areas for kids aged 5-12 to enjoy.

Kennedy Estates Park

Kennedy Estates Park is located just south of Indiantown Road and east of I-95 in the town of Jupiter.  This small 1 acre park is located just behind the Comfort Inn & Suites and the Fairfield Inn & Suites.  Graba snack at the local McDonalds or a coffee at the nearby Starbucks before heading over to this quiet residential park.  Take a break at the shaded picnic area or join the kids as they clamber about on the 2 play structures.

Ramblewood Park

Ramblewood Park is a small quiet neighborhood park maintained by the city of Greenacres.  Located at the far end of Ramblewood circle, this .37 acre park is equipped with swings, picnic tables, and play equipment.  The play area is surrounded by a fence to help protect small children from running into the street.  The surrounding residential neighborhood has sidewalks on both sides of the street so kids can bring their scooters or bicycles for a fun ride around the block in addition to play at the park.

Heather Estates Park

Heather Estates Park in Greenacres is located close to the Greenacres public Library off Jog Road.  Grab some books to enjoy together by the lake in this wonderful greenspace.  Heather Estates is a pocket passive park on almost half an acre with picnic tables and a lovely play area.  The park does not have formal parking or restroom facilities.  

Gladiator Park

Gladiator Park in Greenacres is located on the corner of Haverhill and Melaleuca Road (6th Avenue closer to Congress) and is directly across the street from Heritage Elementary School. This 1.23 acres residential recreation area features plenty of space to enjoy a family day out together.  Sports fans will enjoy the tennis court and basketball court.  If you are looking to have a quieter time, bring along a picnic or some hot dogs to grill at the park's picnic areas with grills.
