Ocean Inlet Park

Body

The Boynton Inlet is a surf side paradise of sun and sand. A long time spot for fishing and family play. The Boynton Inlet has a 600 ft beach, jetties for fishing, marina, a playground for the kids, a short walking path and a pavilion for the picnickers.

If you visit the inlet in the later part of the year, October, November, its a good chance you'll find fishermen pulling in lots of fish. This draw is great for the kids who like to get close to nature. If the fish aren't biting, walk over to the playground and let the kids burn off some steam.

We recommend visiting the inlet during the cooler hours of the day.

Fishing and surfing are not permitted in guarded swimming areas.  This is a popular place to have parties in the pavilions so be sure to reserve your spot early.  Kids love to look at the docked boats or take an adventure walk on the u-shaped nature walk. Call for beach conditions information: 561-276-3990. Facilities include: Restrooms, outdoor showers, snack bar (never seen it open), picnic shelters, NEWLY INSTALLED playground and volleyball area. Boat slips are also available; call 561-966-6639. Lifeguards: On duty from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Rules: No dogs, glass containers, fires. Park is open from sunrise to sunset, but inlet fishing is allowed 24 hours a day.  This park is operated by Palm Beach County.
