Palmetto Greens Linear Park

This park was created mainly as a bicycle trail along a newly formed canal. It's a 1/3 mile bicycle trail with bathrooms and a playground. This could be a good place to start young bike riders that is not such a formidable distance and without worries about car traffic. It is just east of Wilson Park and Poinciana Elementary School. The main entrance with the playground is at the intersection of Railroad and 13th avenue. There are also some spots designated for fishing with the mono-filament disposal sites available at the park. Amenities also include BBQ grills, pavilions, and drinking fountains. Hours: Sunrise- Sunset
