George Snow Park

Located next to the Serenoa Glade Preserve,  George Snow Park in eastern Boca Raton is an almost 6 acre city park. The park can be reached via Glades road just east of I-95.  It is the only access point to the Serenoa Glade Preserve and has plenty of parking.  George Snow Park has a shaded playground with swings and plenty of space to play all in a fenced in area.  Across from the playground is a well-kept tennis court.

Atop one of the higher elevations in Boca Raton, Serenoa Glade Preserve is a rare undeveloped piece of the Atlantic Coastal Ridge, featuring a transition zone from scrub habitat on the Atlantic Ocean side to pine flatwoods on the Everglades side. What Everglades, you say? Once upon a time, before the early 1900s, a sheet flow of water passed through gaps in the ridge to reach the sea. This land was slated to become yet another office complex near Florida Atlantic University, and was preserved just in time by the city of Boca Raton.

Cinemark Palace 20 and XD

Cinemark Palace 20 and XD is located just off the Glades Road exit on I-95.  It is adjacent to the Boomers entertainment attraction on Airport Road.  The theater features 3D, Real 3D, XD and stadium seating.  The Premier area of the theater is located upstairs with the Bogart's fine dining restuarant and bar.  Child care is available downstairs as well as valet parking.  

Boomers Boca Raton

Boomers of Boca Raton features miniature golf, go karts, bumper boats, laser tag, rock wall, batting cages, arcades and mini bowling.  Boomers also hosts private parties. Attraction Value Packs or Combo Packs are available thru their website or onsite.  Bomers serves food as well.  It is located just south of the Cinemark Palace 20 movie theater on Airport Road off the Glades exit of I-95.

Monkey Joe's Boca Raton

Monkey Joes is a nationwide indoor inflatables gym.  Monkey Joes has walkin play as well as hosts private birthday parties.  Adults are allowed free entry with a child's paid entry.  Socks must be worn inside the inflatables.  Only kids 12 years-old and younger are permitted to play on the equipment. There is a Mini Monkey Zone which is a separate play area for toddlers 3 years-old and younger. Anyone over 12 years-old  is not allowed to bounce or play at Monkey Joe's. 

Boca Raton Children's Museum

The Boca Raton Children's Museum is housed in one of the oldest buildings in the city of Boca Raton.  Its admission is kept affordable through the donations and fundraising done by the organization.  Interactive play activities include: Ricketts Corner Store gives children the opportunity to shop the old fashion way in this replica of Boca Raton’s first grocery. It is one of the favorite activities for children of all ages.

Boca Museum of Art

The Boca Museum of Art is located in the Mizner plaza in east Boca Raton, adjacent to the Mizner Amphitheater.  This location was built in 2001 and houses a permanent collection, traveling exhibits, an art school, store and public meeting spaces.  

Splashdown Divers

Scuba dive the reefs and wrecks of Palm Beach County aboard the Splashdown dive boat. Learn to scuba dive at our PADI Dive Center and get PADI certified. Or just visit our dive shop to see what's new in scuba diving equipment.  Splashdown is able to dive wrecks with enough prior notice.  Each two tank dive includes visiting two reef areas.   Prices include boat passage, weights, sodas, and snacks.

Mizner Park Amphitheater

Mizner Park Amphitheater is located in east Boca Raton off Federal Highway.  It is part of the Mizner Park shopping and dining area.  This outdoor area is in the northern end of the center next to the Boca Raton Museum of Art.  The City of Boca Raton hosts several community events and also allows the amphitheater to be rented by private promotors for big name performances.

Canyon Amphitheater

Canyon Amphitheater is located in western Boynton Beach.  It was built around the same time as the three Canyon neighborhood developments. The amphitheater is a the centerpiece to the Canyon District Park which also has a small splash pad circle to enjoy adjacent to the amphitheater.  It is a small-sized community entertainment facility capable of hosting 500+ for concerts, fundraising events, church services, cultural celebrations, holiday themed functions, classic car shows, etc.  Public bathrooms are available and are attached to the outsides of the stage.
