During the weekend’s series of panels, presentations and social events, Fest guests can score insider who-dunit know-how from a stellar line-up of high-profile mystery and suspense luminaries and true-crime experts.

The Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission – in collaboration with the Palm Beach International Film Festival (PBIFF), announced the finalists for the 22nd Annual Student Showcase of Films. The winners will be declared on Friday, March 10th, before more than 700 students, celebrities, dignitaries and industry professionals at the electrifying Red Carpet Awards Show at Lynn University’s Keith C. and Elaine Johnson World Performing Arts Center in Boca Raton, FL.

Taste of Brickell

The Miami Taste of Brickell Food & Wine Festival was created in 2010 by an organized group of prestigious local restaurateur’s, local corporate business partners, Brickell Community Associations and professional events and festival planners. Restaurant samplings range from $1 to $12 with each restaurant serving a special signature dishes. All restaurants are accepting cash and credit cards only. VIP coupons are accepted for a free sampling at designated restaurant booths inside festival.

This is a walk into event, there are no street closures.

Family Fun Fridays

Kick off the weekend early with an interactive DJ, character appearances, and plenty of free family fun and games from 7-9PM every Friday night in Champions Plaza at Gulfstream Park & Casino in Hallandale Beach! Our Town America

The first OurTownAmerica festival was held in 1979. Originally the OurTownAmerica event was sponsored by the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce. Though the weekend event is known for its amusements, classic car show, the Our Town's Got Talent show, and booths, this very important purpose of giving back to the community has made the event very meaningful for the community.  The event is "An exciting three-day family festival featuring Coral Springs at its best!" 

Sounds at Sundown

The city of Margate holds a popular concert series called Sounds at Sundown to Margate Boulevard & SR 7.  Bring your family out for the best of two worlds at one event - music and food trucks. Hosted by the Margate CRA and the Parks and Rec Dept.

Bring your blankets and chairs. This is a monthly event from January to June on the 1st Saturday of the month.  5 p.m. - 10 p.m. (Concert: 6-9 p.m.)

Downtown Hoedown

Join the Town of Davie and the South Florida Cloggers for the Downtown Hoedown sponsored by the Rick Case Automotive Group.  There is no entrance fee for the event with free activities and activities for a small cost.  Proceeds from the event benefit the South Florida Cloggers.   Come on out for a good old fashion hoedown that will include music, food, line dancing, and fun for the entire family!
