Annual Father and Son 3-Point Basketball Contest

The City of Boynton Beach Recreation Department’s Ezell Hester Jr. Community Center, located at 1901 N. Seacrest Blvd., is offering the 2nd Annual Father and Son 3-Point Basketball Contest onThursday, April 14 beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Each father and son team will compete in the following individual categories to see who is best:

1. Free throws

2. Timed dribbling relays through cones

3. Jump shooting from different spots on the court

 

Points will be tallied in each category to get an overall total score which would determine the winner. This event will be tons of fun for fathers and sons! Entry fee for each team is only $10 for city residents and $13 for non-residents.

On-line registration is available at www.boynton-beach.org/recreation. In-person registration is located at Intracoastal Park Clubhouse, 2240 N. Federal Highway in Boynton Beach. Hours of operation are Tuesday - Saturday from10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
