The 7th Annual Florida Keys Ocean Festival & Waterfront Craft Show is FREE family-friendly event to celebrate the wonderful marine environement of the Keys island chain. The festivities will include live music, arts and crafts, kids' activities including face painting, live animal and touch tanks, food and beverages, a silent auction and more. This event will be held at the Florida Keys Eco-Discovery Center. A fishing seminar is planned for kids ages 5-11 that features instruction and barge fishing. To participate the children must register online. The 1st 100 kids that sign up online for the free fishing seminar will receive a brand new rod and reel at the end of the seminar. A Tuna Trot 5k run/walk is also to be a part of the celebration. Admission and parking are both free.
