South Florida is home to many aquatic sites. Just in the City of Miami, there are twelve of these aquatic sites and one of the twelve is the Charles Hadley Aquatic Complex. Located at 4800 NW 12 Ave., Miami, Florida, this aquatic complex boasts three pools: an Olympic-sized pool (50 meters), a 33-meter pool and a wading pool for toddlers. Charles Hadley Aquatic Complex is really a swimmer's dream come true, but, for those who are not so comfortable in the water, do not fret! Charles Hadley Aquatic Complex also offers swimming lessons and aqua-aerobics.

Holiday Park in Fort Lauderdale is an over 90 acres park located just south of Sunrise Blvd and east of Federal Highway. It is a mega park with activities for every age and stage of life. The park hosts everything from team sports to major city-sponsored events and performances. The War Memorial Auditorium and the Jimmy Evert Tennis enter are both located within Holiday Park.

Goodlet Park

Goodlet Park is a 28 acre park located in the city of Hialeah just north of the Miami International Airport. This sports-oriented park has something for everyone. It is one of few parks in all of South Florida to have two regulation Futsall fields. Futsall is a sport very akin to soccer and originated in Brazil. There are some typical American sports facilities at the park as well including 11 tennis courts and 5 raquetball courts all lighted for late evening play. The eight basketball courts and two softball fields are also lighted.

Developed by the Greater Boca Raton Beach & Park District and operated by the City of Boca Raton, this 132-acre park continues its commitment to enhance the role of recreation and culture for residents and visitors alike. This park has a splash area inside of it's ENORMOUS wooden playground. You can literally get lost in all the nooks and crannies so please keep a close eye on the children. There are outdoor bathrooms close to the playground and carousel in the large pavilion.
