Bring your family and friends to WorldFest on Sunday, April 3rd at the Sportsplex and experience the diverse cultures that make up the community of Coral Springs. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will feature ethnic foods, live entertainment, arts and crafts and fun activities for children. Come and experience the action and excitement of Teen World and Kid’s World.

Come out to the 2016 Rebuilding Together of the Palm Beaches/SWA Soiree and Resource Depot/SWA Run AWAY 5K Trail Run at the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County’s Administrative Complex to learn how you can do your part. Saturday, April 2, the 5K Trail Run will start at 8 a.m., the Soiree at 9 a.m.  

“Her Soil is Her Fortune!” This is how locals describe the historic city of Belle Glade, with its dark, rich and incredibly fertile ground. To celebrate the annual end of the harvest season, the entire Glades Region – Belle Glade, Pahokee and South Bay – come together with friends and family at the Black Gold Jubilee for fabulous food, good ole’ country music, parade and firework show.

This annual event is touted as a “Signature Event” for the Wellington Chamber of Commerce as well as the premiere food and wine tasting event in Western Palm Beach County.  Dining and dancing at FLAVORS will introduce some of the finest establishments in the Wellington area. Valet parking is available and you are escorted to a private venue via golf cart through the beautiful winding path with the backdrop of the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center all around you.

Princesses and Superheroes Day at the Boynton Beach Schoolhouse Children's Museum will give children a great chance to meet local heroes (firefighters, police, etc) and are encouraged to dress up as well!  Fairytale princesses and superheroes will be on hand for adorable photo opportunities.  Games and craft activities as well as photo booth fun will be an enjoyable way to get into the play.  Have your superhero make a cape or your princess make a crown.

The7th annual Deerfield Beach Wine & Food Festival will be on Saturday, May 27, at Quiet Waters Park. Wine connoisseurs, food aficionados, and adventurous novices will be able to sample dozens of artisan wines, craft beers, and gourmet food from South Florida’s top chefs. The event also includes cooking demos, live music, and a retail market. 

Visit Daggerwing Nature Center to celebrate Earth Day!  The theme is “Save the Planet-Save the Parks.”  By starting near home and in local parks, learn how to help make little differences that when added together can change the world. There will be guided nature walks, kid’s crafts, animal encounters and feedings, exhibitors, raffles, animal naming contest, and the popular ladybug release and much more. *Some optional activities may have a nominal fee.  Buy a ticket for a chance to win a BB-8 phone controlled robot!

Western Palm Beach County Farm Bureau hosts the annual Sweet Corn Fiesta in West Palm Beach at the Yesteryear Village, South Florida Fairgrounds.  This family-friendly event is filled with contests, rides, games and--of course--tons of sweet delicious corn! There will be lots of the world's best sweet corn, live music, kids games and rides, as well as many other yummy food and beverages. Devour kettle corn or Chicken on a stick or corndogs with your corn.

Family Fridays and Dive In Movie happens on the last Friday of the month from March – September at Grapeland Water Park in Miami. Grapeland Water Park will open at 5:30 pm for $5 Family Fridays. The slide pools are open until 7:30 p.m.
