Celebrate the little things in life at the Miami Family Event, a weekend full of entertainment and fun for the entire family! This health and wellness expo will be filled with exciting events and activities, including: cooking classes, raffles and contests, live performances and surprise appearances.

Children are invited to visit Kids World for a weekend of arcade fun, dance competitions, kid-friendly healthy cooking classes, animal interactions, arts and crafts, and much more. Meanwhile, parents are welcome to explore the Lifestyle Pavilion, in which they can sample food from local vendors, unwind in the relaxation center and plan their next family getaway at the travel section.

Since a family is never truly complete without grandparents, bring them along to enjoy the Wellness Pavilion. Here, seniors can reconnect with friends, enjoy live music performances, and learn to stay active and healthy, during informative presentations. Also, don’t miss out on the free health screenings available to all attendees!
