Earth Day at Tradewinds Park

Saturday, April 9th, Earth Day at Tradewinds Park will offer a variety of family activities, including hayrides, vendor and educational booths, model steam train rides, bounce houses, farm tours and demos, refreshments, and more. Families with a green thumb or aspiring gardners can meet with Master Gardners for demos and lectures.  Join in on a natural history tour or nature hike, ogle classic cars in the car show, and fill your belly at the food trucks. This will be an Earth Day to remember and a great way to expose the kids to our Florida flora and dauna.  Call Tradewinds at 954-357-8870 for fees and further information on the event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The park’s regular weekend gate fee of $1.50/person (children 5 and under free) will be in effect.
