9.  Tiger Shark Cove in Wellington

Community designed and built wooden playground with a nautical theme.  There are lots of places to run and explore.  Inside the playground are all manner of fun equipment, including slides, monkey bars, climbing chains and bars, a sand play area, swings for young and old, and even a tire swing. Some of the wooden structure is wheelchair accessible. A small water play area can also be found here but its nothing spectacular.
