Pioneer Canal Park is TRULY a neighborhood park. Take Boynton Beach Blvd just west of I-95 and at "Wendy's" turn right up NW 7th Street. When 7th is about to end, turn left (west) onto 13th and the park is right there. It runs along a canal and has a great playground. Located on the C-16 canal that runs east to west, the park provides boaters fresh water access to the E-4 canal that runs north to south and access to Lake Osborne to the north and Lake Ida to the south. The area adjacent to the park on the C-16 canal is a No Wake Zone'; established as 200 feet east and west of the boat launch area. (per Code of Ordinances Sec. 16-93-1) Basketball court, BBQ grills, benches, boat ramp/dock, drinking fountain, fishing pier, monofilament recycling bins, open play area, pavilion, picnic tables, playground, restroom, tennis courts, volleyball court, fresh water access to the C-16 canal Park Hours: Sunrise – Sunset; lighted facilities open until 10:00 p.m.
