Lilac Park & Dog Run

Robert P. Miller Park

Robert P. Miller Park in Delray Beach is comprised of six lighted little league fields, one soccer field, one multipurpose field, three concession stands, three press boxes, restrooms, pavilion and a playground area. It is the home of "Little Fenway" a replica of Fenway Park and it's "Green Monster" in Boston, Massachusetts. Miller Park is also the headquarters of the Bucky Dent Baseball School. Merritt Park

Merritt Park has two lighted softball fields, 2 half-court basketball courts, playground, baseball field, and newly renovated restrooms. Reservations for athletic fields can be made by calling Tom Kwiatek at (561) 243-7255.  This Delray Beach park is open from 8 am to dusk daily.   The park is located just south of Atlantic Avenue and can be accessed from Swinton Blvd.

Currie Commons

Body

Currie Commons has a lighted little league field, multi-purpose field, press box, concessions, restrooms, and playground area.  It is located within a residential neighborhood and not on any main road.  Reservations for athletic fields can be made by calling Tom Kwiatek at (561) 243-7255.  Kids can enjoy playing in the large open field behind the little league field and adjacent to the the playground.  Bring a kite, frisbee or just run around and be silly! 

Lake Ida Dog Park and Lake Ida West

This 189+ acre (including water acreage) park is run by the Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department. It has been equipped with brand new fully-accessible play equipment over artificial turf surrounded by a large field, pavilions, and a bathroom. The area for dogs is separate and fenced. There's a nice path along the lake perfect for a stroll or bike ride. There is ample parking for both cars and boats.  The boat ramp and freshwater fishing pier are located in the middle of the park.

Lakeview Park

Lakeview Park in Delray Beach is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood just across Lake Ida from the Lake Ida Dog Park.  This small park has a newer playground area, picnic pavilions, boat ramp and restrooms. The waterside location makes it a picturesque spot for picnics or family gatherings.  There is a small dock next to boatslip which is great for skipping rocks or fishing. The pavilions are available for exclusive rental.

Eagle Park

Eagle Park is wheelchair accessible. There's a picnic pavilion, playground, bicycle rack, walking trail, and drinking fountain. Actual play equipment is not accessible. Sugar Sand Park

Developed by the Greater Boca Raton Beach & Park District and operated by the City of Boca Raton, this 132-acre park continues its commitment to enhance the role of recreation and culture for residents and visitors alike. This park has a splash area inside of it's ENORMOUS wooden playground. You can literally get lost in all the nooks and crannies so please keep a close eye on the children. There are outdoor bathrooms close to the playground and carousel in the large pavilion.

Orchard View Park

Orchard View is a 6 acre park with six picnic pavilions, barbecue grills, playground area, walking trail, drinking fountain, restrooms and parking for 25 cars. The pavilions are available for exclusive rental by contacting Sherry Dungey at (561) 243-7252. The land for this park was purchased from the Blood Family and was formerly known as Blood's Hammock Groves. The Blood Family still owns and maintains their original citrus fruit and juice facility nearby. Orchard View Park was dedicated on September 2, 2000 and quickly became one of Delray's most popular parks.
