Woofstock at the Barnacle
The Barnacle goes to the dogs with pet tricks, a pet/owner look-alike contest, K-9 officer demonstration, animal blessing, adoptions and more. Live music from noon to 3 p.m. All dogs must be well behaved and on a hand-held leash that does not exceed six feet in length. Woofstock Participation Requirements.

Earth Day at Legion Park
Earth Day @ Legion Park – Saturday, April 23rd
What to know before you go:
• The Upper Eastside Farmers Market will feature even more great vendors at the event and will continue until 3:00 PM.
• VolunteerCleanUp.org will be hosting shoreline clean ups every half hour beginning at 1:00 PM. (1:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM). Please wear closed toed shoes and sign the waiver.
• All homeowner associations will have a table. If you would like to volunteer at your neighborhood’s table, let them know.

Bike Safety Day in Wilton Manors
Join the City of Wilton Manors, the Wilton Manors Police Department and the City’s Community Affairs Advisory Board in celebration of National Bike Month at the annual Bike Safety Day event! There will be bike safety give-a-ways*, while supplies last, a fun bike-safety obstacle course, bike registrations and safety inspections, and presentations. *Give-a-ways are limited to Wilton Manors residents with proof of residency - a copy of a driver’s license listing a Wilton Manors address or a utility bill.

C3: Comics, Caricatures and Cartoons
In true pop culture flair, the Coral Springs Museum of Art presents C3, an all-day, family-friendly, fine art event featuring comics, caricatures and cartoons. Guests will enjoy appearances from acclaimed artists in this genre, including master caricature artist Jota Leal and digital caricaturist Angie Jordan. The event will also feature works by award-winning animator Jim Jenkins, the creator of “Doug,” a popular animated television series and feature film.
