Wet and Wild Weekend

 Beat the summer heat at Flamingo Gardens with our Wet-n-Wild Weekend. Cool down on one of the 20 foot waterslides, play water activities or water games for all ages, or play in the foam pit! Make a craft or play at one of the many activities areas.

 

Wet-n-Wild Weekend is a HALF-PRICE WEEKEND so admission is only $9.95 ages 12+, $6.45 ages 3-11, children 2 and under are free. Narrated Tram Tour is included. PLease no outside food, coolers, tents, chairs or pets allowed.​

Castaway Island Family Fun Night

Body

Castaway Island at T.Y. (Topeekeegee Yugnee) Park in Hollywood brings back Family Fun Night. These monthly events will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 17, with another scheduled for July 15 and another for August 19. The $7/person entry fee includes two hours of swim time and games for all ages, including relay races, pie-yourself-in-the-face, water musical chairs, and more.

Bike Safety Day in Wilton Manors

Join the City of Wilton Manors, the Wilton Manors Police Department and the City’s Community Affairs Advisory Board in celebration of National Bike Month at the annual Bike Safety Day event! There will be bike safety give-a-ways*, while supplies last, a fun bike-safety obstacle course, bike registrations and safety inspections, and presentations. *Give-a-ways are limited to Wilton Manors residents with proof of residency - a copy of a driver’s license listing a Wilton Manors address or a utility bill.

 

Let's Explore at Fairchild

Let’s Explore at Fairchild (LEAF), a program for children and families, consists of themed activities ensuring that kids receive as broad a botanical learning experience as possible. The program takes place at The Learning Garden and is instructed by Fairchild staff and trained volunteers. Children have the option of rotating through various stations where they can work with crafts, play science-themed games, complete fun and educational worksheets, participate in planting activities, and more. 

Square Play Date

The community is invited to Square Play, a grass roots get-together at Old School Square Park, 95 NE 1st Avenue.  This family-friendly event features outdoor activities in the heart of downtown Delray Beach.  



Square Play showcases musical entertainment, popular board games and hands-on art projects.  A variety of recreational sports including soccer, volleyball and badminton will provide hours of fun.  Children of all ages will enjoy the giant jenga set, life-size chess board and bag toss.  





Redlands Blues and BBQ Festival

The 6th annual Redlands Blues & BBQ Festival will feature award winning BBQ and incredible blues & country music. Enjoy the beautiful Fruit & Spice Park in southwest Miami Dade county.  There will be a multitude of children's activities and pony rides available.
