Aloha Watersports based out of the Marriott's Harbor Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale offers a wide array of unique and exciting adventures for you to enjoy.  As a member of the Professional Association of Parasail Operators, Aloha Watersports is able to offer your family a safe and breathtaking parasail flight above the picturesque waters of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Take out a waverunner or hop aboard a Hobie Cat for a leisurely sailing trip. Aloha Watersports' professional team of staff help to make your family's water activities safe and fun.  Aloha Watersports is the only company in Broward County endorsed Ft. Lauderdale's Marine Police Unit, Ft. Lauderdale Beach Patrol, Ft. Lauderdale Marine Advisory Board and City Hall.

Parasailing is offered with single and double flyers. Weight restrictions for the double flyer varies depending on wind and surf conditions. Children under 70 lbs may fly if accompanied by an adult. Hands on instruction is given before all activities and rentals. Aloha Sports has zero-tolerance for drugs and alcohol for all clients for safety concerns.  If you're not as adventurous but want to try something new with the kids, try the water trampoline and slide.  Or, take out a boogie board, paddle board or soft-sided surf board for some mild-wave fun on the Atlantic Ocean. Nothing is more fun or hilarious than a ride on the Water Weenie which seats up to 10 swimmers--bounce along on the waves on the back of a giant hot dog. Rent snorkel gear or metal detectors to enjoy the "treasures" of Fort Lauderdale beach.

If you prefer being out on the water, consider renting a Hobie Cat sailboat or a private boat to take out. Bluefoot Pirate Family Adventures anchored in Fort Lauderdale is a fun interactive pirate cruise for adults and children. The cruise takes you and your lil swashbuckler along the Fort Lauderdale waterways on a treasure hunt adventure. Learn pirate talk and ward off the attacks of rival pirates with water cannons. The cruise lasts for 90 minutes and sets sail daily.  Before you set sail, kids can enjoy face painting and pirate slang. After your adventure with pirates on the high seas, the kids all go home with a bag of booty and an official pirate certificate.

Bluefoot Pirate also offers field trips and birthday parties aboard their ship. The birthday child becomes the honorary Pireat Captain for the trip and leads in the search for hidden treasure. Field trips last for about 1.5 hours and students are taught about ship safety as well as ship layout.  The first half of the trip focuses on science and the second half focuses on local history and social studies.  At the end of the field trip the students get to engage in a pirate adventure against the infamous Barnacle Bill.

For $7.50 you can purchase a Junior Pirate Pack (Eye Patch, Bandana, & Sword).  Every child leaves with a junipr priate certificate and a bag of booty.  Tuesdays and Thursdays get 2 for 1 admission!  No cruises on Wednesday.  Cruises leave at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm.  Call to reserve your ticket and to confirm the cruise.

The Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi runs from 10 am to 10 pm and makes a full loop in about 40 minutes. Choose from 3 different routes to explore the city's waterways and attractions. The Jungle Queen Riverboat Cruise in Fort Lauderdale has been an iconic tour for decades.  This classic Florida boat tour departs at 9:30 am and 1:30pm for sightseeing down the New River.  The beutiful riverboat has restrooms and lawn chair seating for about 500.  Take in the sights and relax as you watch the lavish homes and yachts roll past.  Passengers are able to see a few Fort Lauderdale landmarks and see the Port Everglades cruise ships up close. Precision Paddleboards is an internationally accredited SUP school, one of the only ones in Florida.  Beginners to advanced paddlers can learn the skills needed to improve your strokes. There are 4 different locations in Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach: Riverwalk of Fort Lauderdale, the Pelican Grand Resort, The Oar House Restaurant and Bar or the main Precision Paddleboards location in Fort Lauderdale on Ocean Drive.

Night tours are offered regularly from the Fort Lauderdale location every Tuesday and Thursday nights.  Occasionally there may also be a tour on Saturdays, check with the provider.  The Night SUP tour includes a guided 2 hour tour on a NightSUP high-intensity LED stand up paddle boards, PFD, Leash and paddle  $55.
